Mine Data Retrieval System
MSHA’s Mine Data Retrieval System provides mine-by-mine data for all Coal and Metal/Non-Metal mines and contractors in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.  It contains data related to accidents, injuries, inspections, violations, assessments, and samples as well as employment and production reports.

Open Data
MSHA provides text delimited data sets as part of the Open Government Initiative.  All sets include data for the previous ten years and are updated on a quarterly basis.
